Discord
Post alerts to a channel through a webhook, with mentions disabled.
With Discord connected the agent posts alerts to a channel through a webhook. Mentions are disabled on every message, so nobody can make the bot ping @everyone, a role or a person, whatever the visitor typed.

Connect Discord
Create a webhook
In Discord open the channel that should get the alerts → Edit Channel (the gear) → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook.
Name and copy it
Name it PepoChat (that name and avatar appear on the alerts), make sure the right channel is selected, then Copy Webhook URL.
Paste it into PepoChat
Open App Integrations → Discord, paste the URL, tick the action and click Add actions. A
?thread_id=on the URL is kept, so alerts can target a thread.Test, then enable
Test posts a real alert. Enable the action when it arrives.
Good to know
- The webhook URL is the credential and is visible on the action card. If it leaks, delete the webhook in Discord, then delete the PepoChat action and add it again with a new one.
- Discord messages are limited to 2,000 characters.
