Team members and roles
Invite teammates by email, understand roles, and add seats when you outgrow your plan's members.
Everyone on the Team page can sign in to the workspace and reply to conversations. Invitations go out by email, and seats depend on your plan.
Roles
| Role | Can do |

| Owner | Everything, including granting or removing the owner role. The last owner cannot be changed or removed. |
| Admin | Manage the team (invite, change roles, remove) and everything a member can. |
| Member | Use the whole dashboard: reply to conversations, manage knowledge, widget, integrations and billing. |
Only owners and admins see the Invite member button.
Invite a teammate
Click Invite member
Enter their email address and choose Member or Admin.
Send the invitation
They receive an email with the subject "<your name> invited you to <workspace> on PepoChat" and an Accept invitation button. Invitations expire after 7 days; the Pending invitations table has Resend and Cancel.
They accept
The invitee signs in, or creates an account, with the same email address the invitation was sent to and with that address verified. They then see "Join <workspace>" and accept. They land in your Conversations page.
Re-inviting an email that already has a pending invitation resends it. If an invitee signed in with a different account they see "Invitation unavailable" and can switch accounts.
Seats
Members plus pending invitations must fit within your seat limit: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Growth, plus any extra seats you bought. When the limit is reached the invite dialog says so and points you to Plans & Billing, where extra seats are $15 a month each ($150 a year on yearly plans). See Plans, billing and usage.
Changing roles and removing members
The ⋯ menu on a member's row offers Make owner / admin / member and Remove from workspace. Removal is immediate; conversations the person replied to are kept. There is no self-service "leave workspace" action: ask an admin to remove you.
Several workspaces
A person can belong to several workspaces. The switcher at the top of the sidebar changes workspace, and Create organization in the same menu starts a new one with its own knowledge base, conversations and team. Pending invitations also appear on the workspace chooser after sign-in.
